What do I do if I ordered something by mistake?

If you mistakenly purchased an item you didn’t want, you should send an email to [email protected] and we will refund your money. If you wanted a different item that cost the same amount and you have not yet received your items, we can swap the item for you. Do not file a charge back. Charge backs are against the rules and will result in your account(s) being blocked permanently unless you compensate for the cost and additional charge back fees.
