How will I receive my order?

The Forsaken Ragnarok Online administrators handle each order personally. If you are not online, they will log in to your account and place your items in your storage. If you are online, they will either (a) message you and give them to you personally or (b) log in to your account and place them in your storage. If the administration logs into your account, you will not be able to log in for a few minutes. Please note that your information is kept secure and confidential.
